TajMataz
For a long time and some strange reason, I would imagine it levitating in the sky. As if it’s waiting to witness a colossal event. At times I would see myself visiting it, to take a stroll, see a breezy morning happen, or just hang out in mid air. Nothing else around, maybe fishes.

manganiyar seduction

I was taken by the Manganiyars, when they performed inside the Old Fort in Delhi recently. The shots are no justice to the real experience. You’ve gotta feel the winter chill sitting under the sky, embraced by the fort from all sides, as they warm up to you.

Chandni Chowk

There is chaos, there is organized chaos and then there is Chandni Chowk, in Old Delhi. The oldest part of Indian capital region, known as the walled city back in the Mughal era.

It is one place you can love and hate at the exact same time. That is after it opens at eleven am sharp. But before that, you can experience an an entirely different life, that is if you happen to go there on an early winter morning. Tea stalls at every ten yards, people reading newspapers, and palms. Restaurants preparing food, on the pavement. And some people just sitting, lying on the side, doing absolutely nothing.
